Bingo Knights' E-Wallet Withdrawals

Bingo Knights has an e-wallet system that allows you to easily manage your funds and transfer them back and forth from your bingo and casino accounts into your e-wallet.

Sending your money from your bingo or casino account back to your e-wallet is considered to be a withdrawal and will take the standard amount of time it takes to approve a withdrawal, 4-7 business days. Once in the e-wallet, you may deposit them into your bingo or casino account or withdrawal the funds.

See the different withdrawal methods below and don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team if you have any questions or need help.

Withdrawal Methods

Different methods have different withdrawal fees attached to them. To know the exact details, you can get in touch with our Customer Support staff. Players have to bear in mind that processing of withdrawals calls for proper paper work.

All withdrawals that do not meet requirements associated with withdrawals (wagering requirements not met, amount requested too low, or any other issue) should be denied within 72 hours of the request date.

Due to current banking and processing issues in the online gambling community, we are unable to give an exact date that payouts will be made following approval. In most cases, payments will be made within 7-10 business days of approval; however there could be slight delays from time to time. Bingo Knights takes withdrawals very seriously and will get our players paid out as quickly as possible.

Players making their 1st withdrawal with BingoKnight should be contacted within 48 hours of that withdrawal's approval to verify all personal information and to discuss payment options. Players must have correct information (Email Address, Physical address, Phone numbers, E-Wallet account) to be paid. Until this contact has been made, BingoKnights will not be able to issue your payment; your withdrawal will be placed on hold until we manage to contact you.

Except when stated otherwise, the minimum withdrawal request from Bingo to the Wallet or Casino to the Wallet or from the wallet to the customer can be of $100. ALL withdrawal requests below $100 will be rejected. The maximum withdrawal limit on bingo and casino game earnings is $1,250 per week.

Bingo Knights wants its players to have an easy time. To achieve this, Bingo Knights provides various swift and efficient payout plans. If you prefer a specific withdrawal method, contact us via LiveChat and we'll do our best to get you paid via that method. Below, are the time frames for your cash-outs to be credited or sent to you via our various methods. These time frames are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, holidays are not considered to be business days).

A deposit made by credit card requires filling out a Credit Card Agreement Form in order to process a payout. Contact our Support Team and find out more about what type of documents may be required.

Neteller: These payouts cannot be performed alone. Contact Bingo Knights to approve and assist you with the process.

Seeking a withdrawal through Neteller is easy, and involves absolutely no fee! Just make sure we have your right Neteller account number and e-mail address. Your NETeller withdrawal payment should hit your account 1-2 business days after your withdrawal has been approved and processed.

Bankwire: The smallest allowed withdrawal through Wire Transfer is $500. Once your withdrawal has been approved and processed, your bank wire should hit your account within 12 business days. Any fees related to issuing the wire transfer will be deducted from the withdrawal amount; your bank may also charge you to receive the wire.

Bank Checks:Overnight Express checks involve bank processing expenses and overnight fees. Due to this, the minimum amount is $100. Although these checks are sent securely through Federal Express or DHL, they are not delivered to P.O. boxes and are sent only to the address on file. Checks typically arrive 3-5 business days after your withdrawal has been approved and processed. Any fees related to issuing the check will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
