How to Earn Points

In order to be fair to all our Loyal long time players will receive points based on their total lifetime deposits. You will receive 1 point for every $5. Example if player A has a total of $5000 in lifetime deposits they will receive 1000 points!

Please note: Players do not need to visit Live Help or send a ticket to get their Loyalty Program bonus. It is automatically put in your account. If we have Deposit Specials you do have to send in a ticket or go to live help for the specified bonus!

Only players playing bingo in the same game stream the chat game is being offered are eligible to receive the chat room Bonus Bucks. Winners must be an active player, playing bingo cards within the chat game, and have made a minimum $25 deposit within the last 10 days to be eligible for chat game Bonus Bucks or any other form of chat game compensation.

Chat room Bonus Bucks are awarded at the discretion of the Chat Hosts according to preset guidelines. As with all Bonus Bucks, chat room Bonus Bucks are neither redeemable nor transferable. However, winnings from all Bonus Bucks are redeemable.

Chat room bingo bucks will be credited up to a maximum cap determined by 300% of the accumulated deposits made within the previous 10 days from Bonus Bucks being awarded.

If a player has not made a deposit in 10 days prior to the Bonus buck being awarded, or is beyond the 300% cap, any awarded bb's will not be credited into his/her account, thus will be forfeited. The limit and eligibility for bb's will be reset immediately upon a deposit being made in the account.

• Only depositing player(s) can request withdrawal
• Your Deposit plus Bonus plus chat BBs  earned must be wagered three (3) times on Bingo games or thirty (30) times on Casino Games before being eligible to request a withdrawal if the wagering requirement is not specifically mentioned in the promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal request is $200. ALL withdrawal requests below $200 will be rejected. Maximum withdrawal limit on bingo and casino game winnings is $1,250 per week.
• Player needs to have a deposit in last 60 days before making a withdrawal request
• There must be a deposit of minimum $20 in your account
• Player(s) can carry forward or withdraw winnings coming from Free Sign-up Bonus limited to a maximum of $50*.
• Withdrawal requests are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Only depositing player(s) can request withdrawal.
• Verification: Either you have call on phone to verify your account or you have received our verification call.
• Winnings derived from any complimentary promotional Bonus Bucks (except for free sign-up bonus) received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BB's left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. In case of withdrawal not being approved the lost BB's would be returned to the bingo account. Example: A Player "x" has $370 cash in account and $250 BB's. Player withdraws $200 cash leaving $170 cash in account. Player's BB's will be reduced to 170.
• Subsequent withdrawal request will be considered upon completion of the current pending withdrawal if any.
• In order to ensure the withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal MUST send us the applicable documents supporting the deposit method used and the account details furnished on our site.
• All the funds (including Pre-Buys and Super Casino Knights account) should be in your Bingo account when you make withdrawal request.
• You should not have any pending withdrawals on any of the Bingo-Knights network sites when making a withdrawal request.
• Players can have ONLY ONE (1) withdrawal (i.e. Up-to $1250) per week or seven (7) days from our network sites.

• Photo Identity Card.
• Utility bill. (If your Identity card has the same address which matches with our records. You need not send Utility bill.)
• Copy of Front and Back of the credit card(s). The CVV (last 3-digits at the back of your card) number of the cards MUST be omitted / concealed.

These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Updated documents are to be furnished every year if applicable. Use of invalid contact details will result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent via toll free (for U.S. residents) fax to (866) 878-2214, or scanned and sent by email to documents@bingo-knights.com with a copy to ccprocessing@bingo-knights.com. After sending the documents to us player(s) can contact Live Help after 30 minutes to confirm if we have received their documents and if they are legible.

• Approved withdrawal will be paid within 10 business days. Players will be paid via quickest and most convenient payment methods including checks. Payments made in checks are Account payee checks or Crossed checks. Player(s) will have to deposit the check in their bank-account. We want our player(s) to win and withdraw big all the time and get fee exemption. We have drastically reduced withdrawal fee plus there is no fee for withdrawals above $300! The applicable fee in sending withdrawal will be deducted from the withdrawal amount as per the table below:

* Player(s) can withdraw winnings coming from Free Sign-up Bonus limited to a maximum of $50. Player's account will be credited with $50 cash (wagering not applicable on this $50 credit) along with the initial deposit amount and applicable bonus opted by the player. The player has to meet the wagering requirement if applicable for the deposit amount and all associated bonuses including Chat BBs taken by the player from the time of deposit and before making a withdrawal request.
Example1: A Player "P" wins $100 from our free signup-bonus and wants to deposit so as to be able to withdraw his winnings. Player chooses to go for straight deposit (zero % deposit bonus and no-wagering required option) of $20. Player's account will be reset and credited with $50 Cash Plus $20 Cash plus $00.00 bonus. Therefore the player's has $70 in Cash and can withdraw all $70 if he wishes or can play on to win more and withdraw.
Example2: A Player "x" wins $100 from our free signup-bonus and wants to deposit to be able to withdraw his winnings. Player chooses to go for a deposit of $100 with 500 % deposit bonus and 3-times Bingo and 30-times Casino games wagering required option. Player's account will be reset and credited with $50 Cash Plus $100 Cash plus $500 bonus (500% of $100). Therefore the player's has $150 in Cash and $500 in bonus. The player needs to wager $600 ($100 cash + $500 bonus) at lease 3-times on bingo games ($600 X 3=$1800) and or 30-times on casino games ($600 X 30 =$18,000) to be eligible for withdrawals. In case the player has won chat BBs before making a withdrawal request the chat BBs are supposed to be wagered too, 3-times or and 30-times depending on the games played.

At BK we give away more BB's than any other online bingo site. Players may earn FREE BB's by making a deposit, purchasing at least 2 bingo cards in each pattern game when participating in chat games, referring friends or by winning various other random game contests. Also, a player is eligible for unlimited BB's on deposits made in the last 10 days.

Players may use these FREE BB's just like cash to buy bingo cards or to play casino games.
Players may win real money by using BB's. BB's cannot be withdrawn.

Cancelled cash-out requests (called redemption flowbacks - where player's funds are returned to their accounts) are not regarded as new deposits and will not be eligible for Bonus Buck deposit credits.

A player may elect to purchase individual bingo cards from $0.05 to $1.00 US per card. Players may purchase as few as 2 (two) card to participate in a bingo game. Players may purchase up to the maximum amount of cards allowed per individual game.

Game Prizes are automatically deposited into Player's Account cash balance. Players who wish to claim their prize money must request a "payout". This can be done by visiting the Players Area and selecting the Payout Request link.

To participate in a Game a Players must be 21 years of age or older.

Players must register with BK by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a Player must login with their Player ID (provided by BK) and the Player password.

• Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. BK has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.
  
• Any Player who wins a Game Prize may be transmitted a reference number which will identify a specific win. The Player is responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided.
  
• In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in BK's database, and that recorded by the Player, the Calls recorded in the BK game server shall be considered valid.
  
• A Purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by BK. BK reserves the right to limit any Player's participation in a Game, particularly in the event that a Purchase is rendered void.
  
• Any Game Prizes won by the Player will automatically be deposited into the Player's Account.
  
• Players may request a Payout only under the following conditions: Withdrawal requests cannot exceed the Player Account cash balance. BK reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
  
• Players may request a payout if they wish to close their Players account. Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
  
• In ALL cases, BK reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
  
• Players are only allowed to register once. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in all Player's accounts being disabled. Players are limited to a maximum of two accounts per household.
  
• Employees of the BK are prohibited from participating in a Game.

Always Provide Valid Information. Player acknowledges that if any of the information that he/she provides to BK is false or incomplete this agreement will be void, and he/she will be liable to BK for any damages and costs suffered as a result.

Bonus Abuse Will not be tolerated. BK reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, BK reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing BK in the future.

At BingoKnights we allow only one (1) account per household, shared computer, physical address and/ or internet connection. In case multiple accounts are found, management will close all identical accounts and all winnings will be forfeited.

Limited Access to BK: We reserve the right to limit the access of BK to any persons for any reason that BK deems necessary. Players are automatically and without notice prohibited from playing at BK if any of the following apply:

• Minors and anyone under the age of 21
  
• Any Player with missing or inaccurate information provided to BK concerning himself/herself or his/her Account.
• Any employee, consultant, licensee, distributor, affiliate, advertiser, marketer, media partner, promoter, retailer of BK or members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing.
  
• Any person playing on behalf of an individual that is not allowed to play on the BK site.
  
• Any person not abiding by BK game Rules.
  
• Any individual from a jurisdiction in which gaming is unlawful. Participation in gaming and the activities at our casino is only open to persons living in jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Please check with your local jurisdiction.
  
• Citizens from the following locations are prohibited from playing for real wagers at BK unless they deposit using or Neteller. Our systems have been designed to ensure that all games have random winners and that all games are completely fair for all participants.

The following is a description of each game sequence outlining the random nature of each number generated and the selection of the winning card combination:

The Game Server Starts a New game by selecting the Game pattern for the next game.

• The Game server enables player card purchasing.
  
• The Players manually select their game cards from a deck of 30,000 unique bingo cards.
  
• Players purchase their desired cards. The purchase requests are sent to the game server.
  
• The game server receives the purchase requests from the players and enters their selected cards into the game. The server sends an acknowledgement back to the player telling the player that their cards have been purchased, and entered into the game.
  
• 10 Seconds before game start time the game server suspends further card purchasing.
  
• The game server then generates 75 numbers between 1 and 75 using the systems random number generator.
  
• The game server then systematically applies the random calls to each of the player purchased bingo cards and cross checks each card with the winning pattern. With this procedure the game server has now determined the number of winning bingo cards in the deck of player purchased cards and at which call the cards have won.
  
• The game server then broadcasts all of the calls to the players game clients (both Java & windows version)
  
• The player's game client software receives this information and begins calling the numbers.
  
• Calls are presented to the user every ten seconds.
  
• Players can then play and chat with other players knowing that in the event of any system, or telecommunications interruption their cards have been fairly entered into the game and that in each case the true game winner (or winners) will be awarded the prize.

The 75 calls for the game are generated randomly AFTER all card sales have closed. In this way, players can be assured that each and every game at BK is fair and balanced.

• A Player Is a person who registers to play BK by filling out our registration form with the required information, correctly completed, and makes a Purchase.
  
• A Purchase occurs after a Player enters BK website and Purchases Bingo card(s) from funds that has been deposited in a Players Account by the Player. When a Player elects to deposit funds into their Player Account by one of our e-commerce systems, the Purchase must be validated by BK and its credit card and other agents. In the event that Purchase is subject to a charge-back, or is otherwise incomplete, the Purchase becomes void. A game Purchase is considered valid if the Players deposit of Cash funds transaction is complete. We can not offer refunds once a Purchase is made. All Purchases are made in United States currency.
  
• A Card represents a set of a randomly collected numbers between 1 and 75 (inclusive) organized in 5 column, 5 row configurations. Until a Card is in play, Players have the option to change the collection of numbers by selecting a new Card. Once a Player accepts the collection of numbers for any Game, the Card becomes valid and In Play.
  
• A Sheet represents one (1), two (2), three (3) or four (4) sets of a randomly generated Bingo cards. A player can elect to purchase individual cards from $0.05 to $1.00 US each!
  
• A Game is a collection of purchased rows that are valid and in play.
  
• A Game Variation is a specified pattern that must be matched on a Player's card in order to win a Game and receive a Prize.
  
• A Call is a broadcast message from our Game server, received by your computer containing a randomly generated number between 1 and 75.
  
• A Bingo Call is a broadcast message from a Player's computer, received by BK game server identifying that Player as a holder of a Game Variation.
  
• In Play will be the term used to describe any Game that has been initialized by our Game server and is receiving calls and communicating with the Game server is in play.
  
• A Prize is a cash allotment that is payable to a Player (or Players if there are more than one winner) who identifies to BK Site, through a Bingo Call, a match to the Game Variation of a Player Card. Prizes are automatically deposited into a Players Winner Account.
  
• The Parties: BK and the Player.
  
• A Player ID is username that is assigned to the player by BK Site at the time of registration, such used by the parties to uniquely identify a Player.
  
• A Player Account is the account in which the Player's use to deposit funds, use to buy into games, deposit winnings into and request payouts from. Once a Card is In Play, the Game Credit can not be returned to the Player.
